I am responsible for completing visual effects at the technical level required, on time and on budget. I work with Weta Digital and our Avatar team of over 200 digital artists. I spent half my career at VFX facilities, now on the production side of things, those experiences are something I tap into every day.

Being constantly challenged. Half the battle is won once you become weary of feeling comfortable.
Most memorable thing from seeing Avatar in theaters?
The 3D presentation, nobody up to that point had done anything that looked quite like that.
Fun fact about yourself?
At age 17, I decided to become a priest and was ready to march off to the seminary, when my counselor talked me out of it.
