Tiger Cricket
KxaylspäTiger Crickets are large insects that conceal themselves amidst grasslands and meadows. They use their four pairs of multidirectional eyes to scour the glades for nutrient rich flowers and keep an eye out for predators.
Each insect has a pair of large hollow thighs which create a distinctive rattling sound. This sound is used as a call to potential mates. Once two Tiger Crickets find each other, an elaborate mating ritual begins.
